The Aurora Housing Authority held the Eastwood Christmas Festival on December 20, 2010 sponsored by several organizations including Love Fox Valley, Main Baptist Church, Ginger Creek Community Church and a few others joined together at Cowheard Middle School to celebrate Christmas and pass out gifts to those families that registered for them. These groups provided other services including Projected Single Mom handling out information about the group meetings, Crafts for Kids, Family Pictures, and Health Awareness Programs.
